There were absolutely NO scratches, marks, dings, nothing. The wood was very substantial. It took some time to unpack it from its huge box, but I would rather have that then sloppy packing and no protection. I was very impressived with it especially for the price! No shipping charges either. The only reason I gave it four stars was for lack of depth. We have a long receiver that could not fit inside, so my husband took a small saw and made a whole in the back. We went to some Electronics stores and all the consoles needed to be assembled as well as pay for delivery costs.I have never bought any large furniture online . But this piece really fit what we were looking for, size, color and free shipping. It arrived fully assembled except for the silver knobs and inside shelves. There were no scratches or marks. The quality of the wood is great. It was packed very well. One thing to mention about the delivery it is a door drop only. You need to carry this item in the house yourself. I am extremely happy with this purchase!! |
