I chose this model because it came with a travel pouch (which I'm glad I got) and a battery level indicator light (which I'm VERY glad I got). It's been a good shaver so far. I'm currently on the third re-charge cycle, without a problem. The info packets said each charge would provide 17 shaves. I've averaged about 5 more than that, but I don't use it for as many minutes per shave as was assumed in those calculations, so Norelco is probably pretty close in their estimates. And the battery level lights work well, giving you plenty of warning before the shaver runs out of charge.The sideburn trimmer is absolutely worthless, however, so if you're picky or have bushy burns, plan on trimming them some other way. I still have an old plug-in Norelco I bought 30 years ago that not only does a great job trimming sideburns, but is great for trimming my moustache as well. Not this shaver.
